MEET THE BADDIE BEHIND THE LENS..
HI, I’M ALLISON .
IT ALL STARTED WITH A POINT AND SHOOT CAMERA, SOME BRATZ DOLLS AND A PASHION FOR FASHION
As a kid, I would spend hours in the garden posing my dolls and taking photos of them. My mum would print and frame the photos and tell me stories about each girl. Each story always ended with my mum telling me about how strong that doll felt after learning how amazing she was and here we are today. Empowering women, and showing them how incredible they are.
Who is Allison Patmore?
Hey babe! My name is Allison Patmore! I am an empowerment photographer based in Melbourne, Australia. I lived in Darwin, NT for 28 years and have recently relocated to Melbourne, in Jan 2024. I am not only a photographer, I am also a wife and mother to the most gorgeous little Skyla Rose.
We have many roles as women. We are Mums, Sisters, Wife’s, and Friends. But sometimes we often forget how important we are to ourselves. As an empowerment photographer I photograph and empower women from all walks of life. As a new first time mum of little miss Skyla-Rose and a wife, I have been right where you are searching aimlessly for a photographer that sees me! It is hard, you want someone with training and experience right? Someone that tells it to you straight and someone who will capture you looking your absolute best. Well for over a decade I have been empowering 1000’s of women through the power of photography.
I want to document the day you fall in love with yourself. I want to feel empowered goddess pour from the photograph and flood your heart. I want to create emotional art that leaves people inspired. After all, teaching people to love themselves unapologetically is my mission
MY JOURNEY TO TODAY
In my younger years my mother always struggled to keep me entertained. However on the days she would let me take the family camera and go take photos I was a busy bee for hours. I would play in the garden, setting up my dolls in poses and putting on a fashion show. These photo were taken over 21 years ago! Yep I have had a camera in my hands since I was 8 years old!
After helping my mother see how powerful she is I set out on a mission to help other women feel the same way. It has now been 15 years helping 1000's of women learn self love, through the art of photography
THE JOURNEY TO TODAY
..WHAT CAME NEXT?
Fast forward to year 6 in primary school. We had a photographer come and teach our class the art. It was at that point I knew that this was what I wanted to do when I grew up.
I truely believe Boudoir is a form of therapy. It has not only helped 1000's of women learn to love themselves again, it has also helped them gain back their sexual desires and has changed their entire lives.
WHAT I BELIEVE
SO WHY BOUDOIR
Growing up my mum was suffering from body image issues and every morning before school I would catch her crying at her reflection. It was in my later teens that I knew had to help her
